We require:
1. Completed rental application(s) for each occupant 18 years of age or older;
2. Copy of the last six months of pay stubs for all applicants to verify the source of income (annual income is at least 40 times the monthly rent);
3. Copy of the last six months of checking and saving account statements to verify income deposits; and,
4. Copy of a valid driver's license, front and back, for all applicants.
To submit the rental application to a secure folder online, email us at info@pleasureislandrentalhomes.com with the subject line "set up secure folder."
If you do not want to use a secure folder, email the completed rental application as an attachment to info@pleasureislandrentalhomes.com. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
